CRM-BRETT contains alive Brettanomyces bruxellensis now available!

Analyses for Brettanomyces bruxellensis are very important for wineries. The presence of Brettanomyces bruxellensis indicates spoilage of the wine. Analyzing Brettanomyces bruxellensis by flow cytometry is a quick way to determine if Brettanomyces bruxellensis is present in the wine. Laboratoria investigating the wine should be reported reliable results. False-positive or false-negative must be reduced to a minimum.

Certified Reference Material as positive control is essential to check the complete analysis for correctness, such as the work-up, staining, and the final analysis with the flow cytometry.

Biosisto developed a Certified Reference Material for the flow cytometry method using the Sysmex Cyflow Brettkit. Click for more information about the CRM-BRETT
The results can be plotted in the free of uses, BiosistoChart. With an extension, you can anonymously compare your results, like an interlaboratory comparisons study, with other labs using the same CRM. Click here for more information about de BiosistoChart

Biosisto - Quality in Control

Microbiological laboratories should be able to receive reliable analysis without much overhead. A microbiological analyst must be able to focus on the primary activities, for example analysis of the sample material. Quality control should support the analyst in a logical and simple manner. By using modern information technology, process control and quality assurance are designed smarter and more effective.
