The CRMs are easy to use. Follow the photos step by step. Details, such as concentration, can be found on the Certificate of Analysis

Enumeration pour plate method

Defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes

Mix the suspension and dilute further if necessary

After incubation count the colonies on the plate

Register the count in the BiosistoChart and check whether the quality of the analyzes has been sufficient

Can I have the enumeration pour plate method in words instead of pictures?
I bought the below CRM for my lab and would be glad to have their instructions in written words rather than pictures.
