Phylogenomic (the evolutionary history of a particular group) and comparative genomic studies robustly demarcate two distinct clades of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains.
The strains will be transferred from an outlier clade to a novel species Pseudomonas paraeruginosa.
This change has now been implemented in the WDCM database, and Biosisto will also implement this change in the strain name.

ONLY the strain name will changed. The product name and analysis will NOT change.

Biosisto - Quality in Control

Microbiological laboratories should be able to receive reliable analysis without much overhead. A microbiological analyst must be able to focus on the primary activities, for example analysis of the sample material. Quality control should support the analyst in a logical and simple manner. By using modern information technology, process control and quality assurance are designed smarter and more effective.
