CRM-BC is only suitable as process control for cell analysis.
CRM-BCE.MH is only suitable as process control for spore analysis.

It appears that when the CRM-BC is used in combination with diluent PFZ, the yield on Compass medium is lower than on MYP. It is not known why this happens with this CRM-BC. When other Bacillus cereus CRMs are used, then the yield is sufficient.
