Presence of gas, yellow colour and gelatin liquefaction

Gas production: Durham tube more than one quarter full of gas

Iron sulfite production:
Formation of black precipitate

CRM-CP is suitable for process control for anaerobic cell analyses.

For the non-selective reference medium, it is best to use blood agar instead of TSA.

For performance testing of Lactose-gelatin medium, Hafnia alvei WDCM 00095 is not available in the Biosisto collection. If you need this strain, please get in touch with us.

For performance testing of LS (lactose sulfite) medium, Clostridium sporogenes WDCM 00008 is not available in the Biosisto collection. If you need this strain, please get in touch with us.
