Customer Settings

This menu is only available for Quality Control / Quality Overall users.

The default can be set for:

  • Control Chart Type
    – Certificate fixed
    – Certificate statistical
    – Empirical fixed
    – Empirical statistical
    – Statistical (10)
    – Statistical (20)
  • Control Chart List Sort Colum
    Choose the items you want to sort your list of Control Charts, for example, date, batch, or strain
  • Control Chart List Sort Direction
    Descending of Ascending
  • Use Default Non Conformitiy Limits Choices
    You can enable or disable the options.
    Nothing will change in the software if the option is not enabled (the Non Conformity limit must first be handled in the Non Conformity form before data points can be entered again). If the option is enabled, a Non Conformity limit will be created.When you check this box, the Chart automatically continues with the following settings:

  • Contact emails
    If you have reserved Biosisto batches, write down your email addresses here.
  • + Add logo
    Here you can upload your company’s logo
  • The location has the following control rules
    Select the settings for exceeding the limit at which you want to open a Non Conformity form, show an alert or Do nothing.
